Venue Hotel Istanbul Old City

I've just returned from a 7-day trip to Istanbul with my brother, and choosing Venue Hotel Istanbul Old City for our stay was one of the best decisions we made! If you’re wondering what makes it so great, here’s why we loved it: The location is ideal – lively and energetic during the day, yet quiet and peaceful at night. It’s within walking distance of almost everywhere you'd want to visit, and metro, tram, and bus stations are nearby if you feel like exploring further. Cleanliness and comfort of the room and bathroom were absolutely top-notch. Everything felt fresh overall, and the facilities were new and comfortable. Big thanks to the amazing housekeeping team for their valuable effort, cleaning the room every single day. Breakfast was a delight! The food was delicious, and we’re especially thankful to Zara Hanım and the entire team at the terrace kitchen for their warm hospitality and tasty breakfast each morning. The whole staff made the travel experience even more special. From reception to management, everyone was friendly, professional, and easygoing. A big shout-out to Şahin Bey at the front desk – always polite, positive, and super helpful with all our requests. Also, thank you to Ozan Bey for his kindness and support. On our last day, we even got to meet the hotel owner, İbrahim Bey – such a genuinely nice person. You can tell he puts his heart into this place. He’s the one who came up with the entire concept and design of the hotel, and it really shows in the details. In short, this hotel is worth every single cent. The room we stayed in, had beautiful decor. It was also spacious & had lots of natural light. The reception guys are very friendly & helpful. They upgraded us to a deluxe double room. This was a nice surprise after a delayed flight. The property is well located near the Galata Bridge & main shopping area.

This was our second time staying at Venue Hotel Istanbul, and once again everything was just perfect. The location is excellent, close to everything needed, at the heart of Sirkeci. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable - especially the bathroom which was big and beautifully clean. What makes this place really special is the people. Ahmet abi and the whole team are incredible kind, helpful, and always welcoming with genuine smiles. Ahmet abi in particular went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. Thank you Breakfast was also great, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. We truly felt at home here and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Central old town location within east reach of all tourist targets. Breakfast was traditional fare varied and tasty served on a rooftop terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good place to stay

Perfectly located within walking distance to public transport and major attractions, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, assisting with airport shuttle bookings and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit. The area felt safe and convenient, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!
